About Wishful Cleaning

Jill Ohle | Founder of Wishful Cleaning, LLC

Hi, I’m Jill, the owner and founder of Wishful Cleaning, LLC, a locally owned cleaning business proudly serving Portland, Oregon, and the surrounding communities since 2017.

I started Wishful Cleaning with a simple belief: People deserve a cleaning service they can trust, one that takes pride in its work and treats every home with care and respect.

I’m a hands-on business owner. I don’t just schedule cleanings and send someone else to do the work. I’m right there, working alongside my partner, Alfred, making sure the details aren’t overlooked and the job is done with care.

Over the years, I’ve learned that no two homes, clients, or cleaning situations are exactly alike. Some homes need routine maintenance, while others need extra attention, a fresh start, or help getting things back in order. I believe in taking the time to understand what each customer needs rather than treating every job the same.

I’m not afraid of hard work, and I don’t believe in cutting corners. I believe in being straightforward about what a job involves, communicating honestly, and delivering the quality of service my customers are paying for.

As a small, owner-operated business, our reputation means everything to me. Our customers aren’t just another appointment on a schedule. They’re people who invite us into their personal spaces and trust us to care for their homes. That’s something I take seriously.

Whether we’re providing recurring housekeeping, tackling a detailed deep clean, preparing a property for its next chapter, or helping a busy household stay on top of things, our goal remains the same: to leave every space feeling cleaner, fresher, and more comfortable.

I’m proud of the business we’ve built, the relationships we’ve developed, and the trust our customers place in us. At Wishful Cleaning, we don’t just clean homes. We take pride in making life a little easier for the people who live in them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jill is a hard worker and did a fantastic job on my home. She showed up on time and cleaned with 2 people for 3 hours. I didn’t realize how much my house needed it until she fixed me right up. Her team took time with little details to clean ceilings fans and wipe down doors. I highly recommend Wishful Cleaning and plan to use them in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jill and Alfred did an exemplary job on my windows. Clear windows make such a difference! I’ve also had multiple bathrooms cleaned, taking them from caves with hair everywhere to bright and shiny.
